Shipping Policy

The Easeability Jacket is currently in the production process. All orders prior to Memorial Day 2025 are pre-orders.

All pre-orders may be canceled for any reason prior to shipping. After shipping, standard return policies will take effect.

Free shipping for all orders is included. Once Easeability Jackets come in to our shipping partner, we will ship out pre-orders the same day. You will receive an email once your purchase has shipped.

Return shipping is also covered to ensure your satisfaction is guaranteed. We appreciate your business and honor the trust you are putting in us when you pre-order or order our new patent pending product.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your product to arrive after it has shipped, we hope it will be quicker, but have little control once our product leaves our hands.
