Returns, Refunds & Exchange policy

Satisfaction guaranteed. Return or cancel your Easability Jacket order for any reason in the first 30 days. Pre-orders may be canceled at any time before shipping for any reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the items or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will send you a return shipping label to affix to your return. Return must be mailed within 15 days of return shipping label receipt.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned items. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

• The items were purchased in the last 30 days

• Pre-orders may be canceled anytime prior to shipping.

Returning Items

Return shipping label will be emailed to you when you inform us of your decision to return. Return must then be mailed within 15 days of return shipping label receipt.

Exchanging Items

Items may be exchanged for a different size within the first 30 days as well. To avoid delays in using your Easeability Jacket, use our sizing guide prior to purchase. A snug fit is important to the function of the handles. If it doesn't fit right, email us and we'll make it right.
